Today starts the Official 2010 Blahg Christmas Countdown.
This year’s theme is movie trailers. Christmas movies have become as important to the ambience of the season as songs. Everyone has their absolute favorite, as well as the ones they can’t bear to watch. These are my favorites.
A few notes:
There is a spot for one TV show, and one reading of ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas. The rest are all movie trailers.
Don’t write and complain that there is no Scrooge trailer. I hate that story/movie and refuse to put it on the Blahg. I have already scheduled one trailer for a movie I despise (my sister will recognize it immediately)… I won’t put up two. I also don’t want to hear about how much you loved the Polar Express. The book is a classic. The movie is just down right creepy.
They are in no particular order, sort of. I mean really, how do you rate such brilliant cinema? Though I will tell you that Holiday Inn is my all-time favorite Christmas movie. If you don’t agree, you are wrong.
The trailers start tomorrow. Today… I leave you with an advertisement:
I love Canada.
