I have been reading the Harry Potter books out loud to the boys. It all started with the audiobooks in the car on our road trip this spring. It continues because I refuse to let them watch the movies until they have read the books. As The Rookie can’t read at that level yet, I get the honor of reading aloud a chapter a night.
We just finished The Prisoner of Azkaban in a 2 hour marathon, so I dutifully went and got them the movie.
I was puttering around as the boys started to watch. Suddenly, I hear J exclaim:
J: That sounds nothing like Professor Trewlany!!
Me: So, you like the voice I do for her better?
J: Oh yes. Definitely.
Take that Oscar winning actress Emma Thompson! Take that!!!!
